(More customer reviews)This is a well built exercise item with some benefits, particularly the ability to rotate while doing pushups. I found the handles difficult on the hands and wrist, however, because it locks the wrist in a rather uncomfortable position while trying to twist and push up.
I ended up getting the newer version of this model, with the softer, rounded handles. Much more comfortable.
