(More customer reviews)I bought these for P90X to help alleviate some problems I have with my wrists. You do a whole lot of push-ups on P90X. I'd have to say, after I've used them I have no wrist pain and I did approximately 200 of them in various forms. The construction seems really sturdy, and the grips are comfortable. They rotate really smoothly so there is no jerkiness to them. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and I can see these lasting for years.
