(More customer reviews)This product is extremely well made and well designed. I bought it as a gift for my husband and son. The handles work for me, also. They are well cushioned without being soft or giving. They work well for a broad variety of bodies from 5'4" to 6' with very different hand sizes. The product includes Navy Seal exercise suggestions. We highly recommend this product.
