(More customer reviews)The instalation of the pull up chin up bar was fairly simple. It is very sturdy only complaint was it was missing a couple of wood screws easy to replace. The resistance bands work well and with 5 different bands for adjustable resistance the variety will give me plenty of room to grow. Over all it is a really great product for the price!
